Cloth Diaper - (cover only)  ~ RM21.50 (idea for mummy who have the insert of other brands and would like to try our cloth diaper)     Inner Outter Moms and Tots diaper covers are made from good quality of PUL polyester (2 mil) with soft and fluffy yet thin micro fleece as the inner layer of the cover. Micro fleece acts as a porous layer, so that most of the liquid will be absorbed by our 4 ply inserts.
