CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and sent out through the delivery service. You may however arrange for exchanges after you have received your orders. Refer to Shipping and Returns below.
All shipping rates will be charged according to the weight of your order.
All the order will be sent via Poslaju, Malaysia or other courier services.
For bulky/heavy packages requiring more postage charge, we will advise you on a more economy maiing option.
Upon
receipt of payment, your orders will be processed and shipped within the
next 2 business days.

will send the item(s) to you via registered post. For bulky/heavy packages

Orders
We
deliver to anywhere in the world via our Pos Malaysia registered mail or
any other courier services. Let us know your preference address and we
will advise you on the
charges.
If for
any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.momsntots.com.my,
you can return the items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange (subject
to availability) or a refund (excluding shipping). Item accepted for
returns/exchanges are cloth diapers
only.
The
following guidelines apply for
exchanges:
1. Write to us via email
(momsntotstore@gmail.com) or
call us for instructions prior to returning the
item.
2. Exchange will be accepted if
you inform us of such intention within 7 days of receipt of items and
items are to reach us within 14 days from date of invoice, subject to
written confirmation from Moms & Tots
Store.
3. Items to be returned/sent back with
their original packaging, in a resellable
condition.
4. Returned items should be sent
to us at customer's own cost.
5. Delivery or shipping fees are
not refundable.
6. Returns cannot be accepted on worn,
soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
7. Discounted/special priced
items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges.
8. Customer will bear the shipping
cost of the new item and difference in price between
the returned and new item.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
